From a young age, Elke always had a fascination for art. Whether it be from watching old Fleischer Brothers cartoons with her father, to observing Art Nouveau, inspiring her love for ethereal themes in some of her illustrations. Art has been a constant in her life.

As something that has always dwelled within her, she uses art to create diversified character concepts, to also explore the inner persona through surreal self-portraits with themes of fantasy and sexuality. Elke feels at home with graphite and ink, enamored with traditional art mediums, but continues to nurture a new place for digital art.
