Jordan is a toy collector and photographer born and raised in SoCal. Art has been a constant in his life whether it be doodling, drawing, drafting or, recently, photography. From his time in college studying Automotive Technology to his current career in Naval Aviation, these art forms have been an outlet for him to express his fandom as an adult for everything pop culture. He’s been a toy collector for as long as he can remember, but a photographer for a lot less. This may sound crazy, but he didn’t put the two hobbies together until 2016 when he was scrolling through Instagram and came across the work of Johnny Wu (@Sgtbananas). He soon discovered the welcoming and accessibility of the toy photography community. You only need a toy and a camera, which every phone has these days. This hobby has given him the opportunity to have his shots printed in magazines and sold at local art galleries, but the biggest accomplishments are the relationships he has established with like-minded individuals.
